Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@sukunform.com with details and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to make it right by either:

• Sending a replacement piece
• Issuing a full refund

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues.

United Kingdom & European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the United Kingdom or to the European Union, you have the statutory right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at returns@sukunform.com.

Refunds

For approved returns (damaged items, wrong items received, or UK/EU statutory returns), you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
